Recent Project: TPO Tear-Out and Re-Roof in Wimberley, TX

On this one-story Wimberley home, the low-slope TPO roof had failed at the corner. We tore the old system off down to the deck and found the corner decking cracked, split and rotted through from water. The damaged decking was cut out and replaced, failed fascia and perimeter wood was replaced with new lumber, new fascia trim was installed, and a new white TPO roof was heat-welded and sealed at the edges and corner.
